Welcome to Global One Locksmith LLC. By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Service Description and Availability

Global One Locksmith LLC provides professional mobile locksmith services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and automotive lock installations, repairs, rekeying, and emergency lockout assistance. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the Tampa, FL metropolitan area. While we strive to provide immediate service, availability may occasionally be impacted by severe weather, traffic conditions, or extraordinary demand.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure consists of a base service call fee plus the cost of labor and parts required to complete the job.

• Estimates: All price estimates provided over the phone are approximate. A final, binding quote will be provided on-site by our technician before any work begins.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and select digital payment methods.
• Timing of Payment: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service unless a prior corporate billing arrangement has been established.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that situations change. If you need to cancel a scheduled service or emergency dispatch:

• Cancellations: You must notify us of a cancellation within 15 minutes of an emergency dispatch request, or 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to our base service call rate.
• Refunds: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If parts provided by us are found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace them at no additional cost. Labor charges are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

4. Liability Limitations

Global One Locksmith LLC utilizes industry-standard, damage-free entry techniques whenever possible. However, in certain high-security or malfunctioning lock scenarios, destructive entry may be the only option.

The customer agrees that Global One Locksmith LLC shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages to property, doors, frames, or vehicles that occur as a necessary result of gaining entry. Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

5. Service Area Coverage

We proudly serve the greater Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough County and Pinellas County. Specialized services or dispatches to the outer boundaries of our service regions may incur a distance surcharge, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.

6. Emergency Service Terms

We prioritize emergency lockouts (e.g., individuals locked outside in extreme weather, children or pets locked in vehicles). While our average response time is 20–30 minutes, response times are not guaranteed. Emergency services requested during late-night hours, weekends, or statutory holidays may be subject to an after-hours surcharge.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and lawful service environment, the customer agrees to the following:

• Proof of Ownership: You must have the legal right to access the property or vehicle. Our technicians will request valid photo identification and proof of ownership or residency before performing any bypass or unlocking services.
• Safe Environment: You agree to provide a safe working environment for our technicians, free from hazards or aggressive pets.
• Accurate Information: The customer must provide accurate descriptions of the lock, vehicle, and location to ensure proper tools and parts are dispatched.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of service, billing, or property damage, the customer agrees to contact Global One Locksmith LLC management directly to seek a resolution before initiating chargebacks or legal action. If a resolution cannot be reached mutually, the dispute shall be subject to mediation in Hillsborough County, Florida, under the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

Global One Locksmith LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.
